Why a setup fee and a monthly?
The one-off setup covers designing and building your custom website and getting you online, which is real up-front work. The monthly covers the ongoing marketing. Splitting them keeps the monthly low and means no lock-in contract is needed, you can leave any time and keep everything.
Do you charge per lead or per click?
No. You pay the flat monthly fee for the scope we manage. We never charge per lead and never promise a set number of leads.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The monthly is month to month, cancel any time with 30 days notice. The setup fee is what covers the build, not a contract.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, so you control the budget and own the account. Our fee covers managing the campaigns.
What if I already have a website?
Then you skip the full build. We start from the $990 setup to get your existing site, Google Business, and tracking in order, then move into your monthly plan.
